Land and Sea Platter (Serves Two) - $45per platter

 

Consisting of prawns, Tasmanian smoked salmon, marinated mussels and calamari on a bed of crisp lettuce, shaved ham, seasoned roasted chicken, Hungarian salami, smoke salmon dip, caramelized onion, pickled vegetables, potato salad, served with crusty bread and crackers

 

Vineyard Platter (Serves Two) - $35per platter

Consisting of wedges of brie and cheddar cheeses, antipasto, pickled mixed vegetables , smoked salmon, Hungarian salami, paté , shaved ham, roasted chicken, potato and green salads, fruit and nut mix and fresh seasonal fruit. Served with crusty bread and crackers.

 

You can also add garlic bread, salads, pizzas and chips or wedges to both platters menu to make the meal more substantial. Children’s meals are also available.

consisting of a wedge of brie, cheddar & blue cheese accompanied with antipasto, dried fruit & nuts and sliced fresh seasonal fruit served with crusty bread, crackers and butter.

Roast beef with whole grain mustard and ginger pork with a selection of seasonal vegetables roast potatoes red wine gravy served with Yorkshire puddings, the buffet also has seasonal soup and bread rolls and also a selection of chefs salads olives pickles and daily chefs dishes.
