Valley View Wedding Packages
Our colourful gardens & gazebo are available for your ceremony.

The gazebo area is totally private. We meet you on arrival & co-ordinate the start of the ceremony. Allow 20 minutes for your ceremony, 15 minutes for congratulations & 1 1/4 hours for photos in the gardens.

Included is the hire cost of the gazebo & gardens:

  • Red carpet
  • 20 white plastic chairs for your guests ($2.00 each for extra chairs)
  • Wrought iron table with cloth & 2 wrought iron chairs with covers for you to sit on while you sign the register
  • rehearsal time
  • undercover area or inside foyer if the weather is inclement. Depending on your guest numbers, you have the choice of the Terrace Room, Restaurant or courtyard.

Included in you venue are:

  • Round tables with long black or white cloths, (luxurious lace  table overlays $15.00 per table, if required)
  • Linen serviettes (12 colours to choose from)
  • Bridal & cake table skirting
  • Buffet table skirting
  • Presents table
  • Lectern for speeches
  • Large dance floor
  • Room set up costs
  • Our wrought iron candelabras for your centre pieces complete with bevelled mirror and tea lights
  • Chair covers and Bows with your choice of black or white chair cover and 16 different colour choices on the bow
  • All packages are inclusive of tea and coffee.

Valley View Ruby Package
$110 per person

After your ceremony we serve pre-dinner drinks in the courtyard if the
weather is fine or in the alfresco or veranda if not. These will be beer,
house wine, soft drinks & orange juice.

A crudité platter of dips, cheeses, olives, crisp vegetables etc is also served.
You have a choice of two styles of menus either Formal Dinner
or a Classic Buffet

These will be champagne cocktail, fruit punch, beer, house wine,
soft drinks & orange juice.Chef’s choice for pre dinner canapés. You have a choice of two styles of Menus either Formal Dinner with a choice on main or the Gourmet BBQ Buffet

Valley View Diamond Package
$175 per person

After your ceremony we serve pre-dinner drinks in the Courtyard if the weather is fine or in the Alfresco or veranda if not. These will be champagne cocktail, fruit punch, alcoholic punch, beer, wine soft drinks and orange Juice.

Formal Dinner

Canapés on arrival

  • Freshly chucked oysters, bush spiced chicken skewers,
  • Feta cheese and caramelized onion mini quiche 
  • Freshly baked bread and extra virgin olive oil for the tables

Appetizers

  • Antipasto platers consisting of Parma ham, salami, roast beef ,feta & olives smoked salmon  

Entree (please choose two)

  • Garlic and red wine Marinated Quail served with char grilled eggplant and zucchini
  • Salmon roulade with a dill and  honey dressing served with a spinach and walnut salad
  • Linley valley free range belly pork lightly seasoned with cinnamon and star anise served with a white bean and tomato pistou

Main (please choose two) 

Side dishes included

  • Gourmet salad, broccolini and pom dauphinois to accompany your meal 
  • Atlantic Salmon poached in a court bouillon served with sauce maltise
  • Oven roasted Barramundi fillet served with a lemon and caper butter sauce 
  • Steak au poivre aged porter house steak served medium with a pepper corn and brandy cream sauce 
  • Sautee of Duck breast  with juniper berries lemon zest finished with Grand Marnier  cream sauce  
  • Supreme of chicken served with a sweet potato puree and a wild mushroom ragout or served with garlic pawns and asparagus in a garlic white wine sauce
  • Lamb racks served medium with a mint and red current jus served with potato pure bound with extra virgin olive oil

  • Individual lemon lime Brulee served with thickened cream

  • Tiramisu A traditional Italian dessert layered with sponge fingers soaked in coffee.

  • After dessert chef selected cheese and biscuits for the tables cheeses are sourced from Australia and Europe These can be discussed with the chef and matched with you wine and menu
