Enjoy your father’s day at the valley view with a luxurious fathers day buffet, and a good selection of swan valley wines this fathers day prepared by the team at the valley view restaurant and reception centre, Choose to sit on the elevated balcony area overlooking the paddocks and darling range or sit in the air conditioned restaurant.

To start

Selection of fresh breads and butter portions, Brandy infused Chicken liver pate, Cream of Vegetable soup with sage croutons, cooked prawns, Salt and pepper calamari, chefs Antipasto consisting of salami, Ham, Parma ham and more, Waldorf salad, Caesar salad, chef’s salad and local marinated olives.

Main

Chefs carved, Honey glazed pork, Rosemary and whole grain mustard beef, braised minted Lamb, aromatic rice, spinach and ricotta pasta in a rich tomato sauce ,Grilled fish in a lemon butter sauce, seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes , Red wine gravy  Cranberry sauce, Apple sauce and mustards.
